Hearing Assessments

Your complete hearing assessment will be conducted by a trained hearing care professional. We will start with a physical examination of your outer and middle year, followed by pure tone audiometry to determine your hearing level at different frequencies.

Next we will explain in detail your test results (audiogram) so you will have a good understanding of any hearing issues you face. Finally, we will professionally recommend a solution for you, be it hearing aids, other assistive hearing devices or in some cases, further investigation by a ENT doctor if this is warranted. Everything is conducted in a professional and ethical manner with the customer’s welfare being our highest priority.
